This comforting rosti is made from grated apple, red onion and seasonal celeriac, topped with creamy avocado and a herby dressing. Celeriac can help to reduce levels of the stress hormone cortisol and is high in phosphorus which benefits the nervous system.
Our juicy lemon-infused pork meatballs are served with seasonal parsnip ribbons, an excellent source of folate, necessary for energy metabolism and a healthy nervous system. This dish is topped with Italian gremolata, which is bursting with nutrients from fresh parsley, hazelnuts and garlic.
This warming Moroccan spiced stew contains monkfish tail, fibre-rich chickpeas, spinach and chunks of roasted sweet potato. Sweet potato is generally available all year round but grows best between late October to December. It is packed with beta-carotene and vitamin C, both of which boost the immune system.
We've used buckwheat instead of rice in our roasted squash and crispy sage risotto. Contrary to its name, buckwheat is 100% gluten-free, and contains phytonutrient rutin to help lower blood pressure and reduce cholesterol levels. Whilst seasonal squash is an excellent source of magnesium and antioxidant carotenoids.
Packed full of flavour, our fish pie is made with coconut milk instead of heavy cream, with healthy fats to lower the risk of heart disease. This recipe contains seasonal leeks and is served alongside green beans, another autumnal favourite, which contain twice the amount of iron as spinach.
