The New Year brings new food trends but much to our delight the Avocado is here to stay in 2017!
From smashed avocado on toast to avocado chocolate dessert, like the majority of people, we love it. Want to supercharge your avo? The lovely guys at Aduna have shared their recipe for Moringa Guacamole.
Wondering what Moringa is... it's a green superfood powder made from the naturally dried leaf of the Moringa tree, one of the most nutrient-dense plants on the planet. Moringa has an earthy, spinachy taste, is a rich source of protein, iron, vitamin A and K! It is also 31% fibre and contains vitamin E, calcium and magnesium. Essentially it's a natural multivitamin that will leave you feeling restored and energised. Check out all the other amazing benefits here.
