Describing itself as 'The Best Workout in the World', a Barry's class is a mix of running on state of the art treadmills and strength based exercises. The workouts are brutal but the trainers are motivating and the post workout shakes are delicious! Plus, the new West London studio can fit 53 people so the classes are bound to be high-energy.
Sweaty Betty 1 Carnaby
Sweaty Betty's new flagship store in Carnaby Street promises more than just shopping. With a studio with classes from Paola's Body Barre, Frame, Equilibrium, Yogarise and Gymclass just to name a few, there's something for everyone. Plus, there's a Farm Girl cafe so you can get your avo toast fix afterwards.
When Anthony Joshua is behind a gym, you know it's going to be good. BXR is dubbed as London's first high-end boxing gym, with a whole host of incredible trainers and workouts. Their infamous 'Sweat' class is a full body cardio based class on a Versa-Climber, a machine which is claimed to burn more calories than any other cardio machine. Why not try something different?
