As Christmas approaches and party season is in full swing, it’s important to take a break from the hectic Christmas festivities to relax and unwind. We love a steamy hot bath after a long day, so why not ramp up the relaxation by adding Lucy Bee Epsom Salts to your bath. Or better yet ensure you are prepared for the post-christmas detox, by requesting some for your stocking.
If you’ve never heard of Epsom Salts before, they’re high in magnesium sulphate, a mineral which far too many people are deficient in, even though it’s actually the second most abundant element in our cells! Magnesium is important in helping our bodies to regulate more than 325 enzymes, so soak away!

Now you know why, all you have to do is add 250g of Lucy Bee Epsom Salts to a bath and relax for 15-20 minutes to allow the minerals to be absorbed into the body.
Did you know... Epsom Salts were first discovered in the 17th Century by a farmer in Epsom, Surrey, hence the name! Today, however, they are produced under controlled conditions by replacing the carbon found in naturally occurring rock called Dolomite and substituting it with Sulphur to create Magnesium Sulphate, a pure mineral compound.
