Try our low calorie version of the Mexican favourite, spiced pork fajita with lettuce wraps and sweet potato fries. For a tasty meat-free dinner, we've created a gluten-free superfood pizza with homemade basil hummus, chargrilled courgette and sweet caramelised onions.
2. 10 minute no equipment workouts
We know how hard it can be to get to the gym sometimes. That's why we have put together 3 workouts that can be done anywhere and in less than 10 minutes. Head to the park and enjoy the benefits of training outside.
3. Cool off this summer with our healthy ice cream
Sometimes all you need is a bit of indulgence and something to cool off with. No need to feel guilty about our ice cream as they're made entirely with natural ingredients and are the perfect afternoon pick me up. With flavours like peaches and coconut cream, super green banana ice cream and strawberry banana ice cream you won't want to miss out.
4. Active holiday escapes
If you follow us on social media you will know that all of us at Mindful Chef love being active and we love being outside. If running a 5k or 10k doesn't seem like your thing why not take take part in some of these events. Organisers have taken these traditional race distances and added some fun, interesting elements to distract you from the races themselves. Think top DJ's, glow in the dark headbands and gorilla suits.

Cool down with our healthy, fresh and fruity smoothies. All of our smoothies are dairy-free and vegan friendly but feel free to tweak and add your own extras for a delicious, refreshing treat this summer.
